Reflections on Presence After Two Years of Pain

Dear friends, I want to share something deeply personal about the choices I’ve made over the past two years.

Two years have passed since October 7th, and these two years have taught me profound lessons about the limits of my presence.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀: 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻

In the first six months, I was fully present. I watched the news, cried, and felt every possible pain. I found myself immersed in a heavy, draining, and depressive energy that prevented me from truly acting or functioning.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁: 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

When I realized I couldn’t keep wading through this stagnation, I sought tools to help me break free. I found them in my studies of "Connection to Higher Consciousness" with Laila Barzeski, where I learned how to consciously raise my frequency. In simple terms – how to maintain a state of mind that keeps me calm, focused, and open-hearted, even amidst external storms.

𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵

Since then, I’ve chosen a different path.

I don’t follow real-time news or participate in protests. Not because I don’t see the distress – but because I know my system, and I understand that this emotional overload simply shuts me down.

Instead of viewing this as a weakness, I choose to transform my sensitivity into a tool that allows me to contribute in a different and meaningful way.

𝗠𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆

It’s easy to think that sending energy is “passive.” But for me, it’s an active daily action aimed at changing reality:

⚡️ 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: I focus on thoughts of love, unity, and joy, believing that what we feed into our consciousness radiates outward.

🤍 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀: I send energy of strength, resilience, and healing, with a genuine desire for them to feel wrapped in light.

🕊️ 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: I request that they make decisions from a place of integrity and deep responsibility.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲?

Because I believe that every choice to remain optimistic raises not only my personal frequency but also the collective frequency.

I believe that if more people choose to channel thoughts of 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 – 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 – we can truly shift something profound here.

It may not make headlines, but it’s the way we create a new consciousness and free our people from stagnation and a low frequency.

𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

I believe optimism is not naivety, but an active daily choice. It’s a way to generate a different reality – first within me, and then outward.

Time will tell whether this choice will be seen as disconnection – or perhaps as the new and most needed form of activism in our era. What I know for sure is that this is how I grow while also contributing to our collective resilience.

And I invite you to ask yourselves:

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?
